Ці Умови використання регулюють користування мобільним застосунком Karbnote («застосунок», «ми», «нас») і сайтом онлайн-запису karbnote.com («сайт»). Встановлюючи або використовуючи застосунок, ви погоджуєтеся з цими Умовами. Розділ 7 описує правила онлайн-запису, зокрема те, що стосується відвідувачів сайту. Якщо ви не погоджуєтесь — не користуйтеся застосунком і сайтом.

1. Хто ми

Розробник Karbnote — Євген Кирюхін (Україна). З будь-яких питань щодо цих Умов звертайтеся на support@karbnote.com.

2. Застосунок

Karbnote — інструмент для майстрів: облік клієнтів і послуг, розклад записів та облік фінансів. Основний функціонал застосунку безкоштовний. Для користування застосунком потрібен обліковий запис; дані синхронізуються між пристроями та копіюються в хмару. Про те, як ми обробляємо ваші дані, — у нашій Політиці конфіденційності.

Якщо ви встановили застосунок з App Store, до користування ним також застосовується Стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple з кінцевим користувачем (Standard EULA); ці Умови її доповнюють.

3. Karbnote Premium

Karbnote Premium — платна підписка, що прибирає рекламу і відкриває онлайн-запис (розділ 7); з часом підписка може включати й додаткові можливості застосунку. Підписка оплачується щомісяця або щороку через магазин, з якого встановлено застосунок: Google Play на Android або App Store на iPhone та iPad. Конкретні плани та ціна показуються в застосунку і в магазині перед покупкою; оплата списується з вашого облікового запису в цьому магазині.

Якщо доступний пробний період, він триває 7 днів; після його закінчення, якщо ви не скасували підписку, починається автоматичне списання коштів за обраний план.
Підписка поновлюється автоматично в кінці кожного оплаченого періоду, доки ви її не скасуєте. Щоб уникнути наступного списання, скасуйте підписку щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду.
Ціна може змінюватися. Про зміну ціни діючої підписки магазин (Google Play або App Store) повідомить заздалегідь і, коли це вимагається, запросить вашу згоду.
Скасувати підписку можна на Android — у Google Play → Профіль → Платежі й підписки → Підписки, на iPhone чи iPad — у «Параметри → [ваше ім'я] → Підписки». Після скасування доступ до Premium зберігається до кінця вже оплаченого періоду.
Запит на повернення коштів подається через магазин, у якому оформлено підписку, за його правилами: Google Play або Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Якщо магазин направить вас до нас — пишіть на support@karbnote.com.
Підписка прив'язана до вашого облікового запису Karbnote. Якщо ви відновите покупку під іншим обліковим записом, підписка перейде до нього, а попередній обліковий запис доступ до Premium втратить.

4. Реклама

Безкоштовна версія застосунку може показувати рекламу. Активна підписка Karbnote Premium прибирає рекламу на весь час її дії.

5. Видалення облікового запису

Ви можете будь-коли видалити обліковий запис і всі пов'язані дані — у застосунку або за запитом на support@karbnote.com (детальніше — на сторінці видалення облікового запису). Видалення облікового запису не скасовує активну підписку Karbnote Premium. Якщо вона у вас є, рекомендуємо спершу скасувати її (на Android — у Google Play → Профіль → Платежі й підписки → Підписки, на iPhone чи iPad — у «Параметри → [ваше ім'я] → Підписки»), а вже потім видаляти обліковий запис — інакше списання продовжаться.

6. Обробка даних ваших клієнтів

Цей розділ — договір про обробку персональних даних (стаття 28 GDPR) між вами як контролером і нами як оператором (процесором) щодо даних ваших клієнтів: тих, що ви вносите в застосунок, і заявок, які клієнти надсилають вам через сайт онлайн-запису. Хто й за які дані відповідає — у розділі 5 Політики конфіденційності.

Предмет і мета. Ми зберігаємо, синхронізуємо, приймаємо та передаємо вам ці дані лише для того, щоб надавати функції застосунку й сайту онлайн-запису, — на час, доки у вас є обліковий запис.
Дані та особи. Ваші клієнти: ім'я, телефон, email, контакти в месенджерах і соцмережах, нотатки, фото, історія записів і оплат; у заявках — ім'я, телефон, email, коментар, обрана послуга й час.
Ваші вказівки. Ми обробляємо ці дані лише за вашими вказівками — тими, що ви даєте, користуючись застосунком, і цими Умовами, — і не використовуємо їх для власних цілей, реклами чи продажу. Якщо закон зобов'яже нас до іншої обробки, ми повідомимо вас про це, якщо закон не забороняє.
Конфіденційність і безпека. Доступ до даних мають лише особи, які зобов'язані зберігати конфіденційність. Ми застосовуємо технічні та організаційні заходи: шифрування під час передавання, розмежування доступу в базі даних (кожен майстер бачить лише свої дані), зашифроване сховище даних застосунку на пристрої (крім фото).
Субпроцесори. Ви надаєте загальний дозвіл залучати постачальників, перелічених у Політиці конфіденційності (зокрема Supabase — база даних і серверні функції, Expo — доставка push-сповіщень). Про заміну чи додавання постачальника ми повідомимо, оновивши Політику конфіденційності; ви можете заперечити, написавши нам, а якщо ми не зможемо врахувати заперечення — видалити обліковий запис. Від постачальників ми вимагаємо не менших гарантій захисту даних. Передавання даних за межі ЄЕП і його гарантії — розділ 9 Політики конфіденційності. Листи клієнтам про статус заявки ми надсилаємо як самостійний контролер (розділ 5 Політики).
Запити клієнтів. Ваші клієнти реалізують свої права (доступ, виправлення, видалення) через вас. Застосунок дає для цього інструменти: картку клієнта можна змінити чи видалити, а заявку — видалити на екрані заявки. Якщо клієнт напише нам, ми передамо запит вам і діятимемо за вашою вказівкою.
Інциденти. Про порушення безпеки, що зачіпає дані ваших клієнтів, ми повідомимо вас без невиправданої затримки і допоможемо з інформацією, потрібною вам для виконання ваших обов'язків.
Після завершення. Після видалення облікового запису ми видаляємо ці дані (строки — у розділі 10 Політики конфіденційності).
Підтвердження. На ваш запит ми надамо інформацію, потрібну, щоб підтвердити виконання цього розділу, і сприятимемо обґрунтованим перевіркам, які проводите ви або уповноважений вами аудитор.

7. Онлайн-запис

Майстер із активною підпискою Premium може відкрити на сайті публічну сторінку онлайн-запису за власною адресою (slug). Майстер самостійно відповідає за вміст своєї сторінки, за відповіді на заявки та за візит. Клієнт, який надсилає заявку, відповідає за точність вказаних даних. Угоду про послугу укладають майстер і клієнт; Karbnote не є стороною цієї угоди й не відповідає за її виконання.

Коли Premium закінчується, сторінка перестає приймати нові заявки й не відкривається для клієнтів. Сторінка, її налаштування й наявні заявки не видаляються, окрім автоматичного видалення за розділом 10 Політики конфіденційності; клієнти й далі можуть відкрити статус надісланих ними заявок за їхніми посиланнями. Адресу сторінки без Premium змінити не можна. Після поновлення Premium сторінку можна відкрити знову.

8. Відповідальність

Застосунок надається «як є» (as is), без будь-яких гарантій, окрім гарантій, які прямо передбачені законодавством і не можуть бути виключені договором. Ви самостійно відповідаєте за дані, які вносите в застосунок (зокрема дані про своїх клієнтів), та за наявність законних підстав для їх внесення. Ми не несемо відповідальності за втрату даних, спричинену обставинами поза нашим розумним контролем, і рекомендуємо не покладатися на застосунок як на єдине місце зберігання критично важливої інформації.

9. Зміни умов

Ми можемо час від часу оновлювати ці Умови. Про суттєві зміни ми можемо повідомити в застосунку або електронною поштою. Дата набрання чинності вказана вгорі сторінки; продовження користування застосунком після набрання чинності змін означає згоду з ними.

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Karbnote mobile app ("the app", "we", "us") and the online booking website karbnote.com ("the website"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Section 7 describes the rules of online booking, including what applies to website visitors. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the website.

1. Who we are

Karbnote is developed by Yevhen Kyriukhin (Ukraine). For any questions about these Terms, contact us at support@karbnote.com.

2. The app

Karbnote is a tool for independent pros: client and service records, appointment scheduling, and finance tracking. The app's core features are free. Using the app requires an account; your data is then synced across devices and backed up to the cloud. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

If you installed the app from the App Store, your use of it is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); these Terms supplement it.

3. Karbnote Premium

Karbnote Premium is a paid subscription that removes ads and unlocks online booking (section 7); over time it may also unlock additional app features. The subscription is billed monthly or yearly through the store you installed the app from: Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and iPad. The specific plans and price are shown in the app and in the store before purchase; payment is charged to your account in that store.

If a trial period is available, it lasts 7 days; once it ends, unless you cancel, billing for the selected plan starts automatically.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel it. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The price may change. The store (Google Play or the App Store) will notify you in advance of any price change to an active subscription and, where required, will ask for your consent.
You can cancel on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and on iPhone or iPad in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. After cancelling, access to Premium remains until the end of the period already paid for.
To request a refund, use the refund process of the store you subscribed in, under its rules: Google Play or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). If the store directs you to us, contact support@karbnote.com.
The subscription is tied to your Karbnote account. If you restore the purchase under a different account, the subscription transfers to it, and the previous account loses Premium access.

4. Ads

The free version of the app may show ads. An active Karbnote Premium subscription removes ads for the duration of the subscription.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app, or by request to support@karbnote.com (see the account deletion page for details). Deleting your account does not cancel an active Karbnote Premium subscription. If you have one, we recommend cancelling it first (on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iPhone or iPad in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions), and only then deleting your account — otherwise billing will continue.

6. Processing of your clients' data

This section is a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR) between you as the controller and us as the processor of your clients' data: the data you enter into the app and the requests clients send you through the online booking website. Who is responsible for which data is described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

Subject matter and purpose. We store, sync, receive and pass this data to you only to provide the features of the app and the online booking website, for as long as you have an account.
Data and data subjects. Your clients: name, phone, email, messenger and social media contacts, notes, photo, appointment and payment history; in requests — name, phone, email, comment, the chosen service and time.
Your instructions. We process this data only on your instructions — those you give by using the app, and these Terms — and never use it for our own purposes, advertising or sale. If the law requires us to process it otherwise, we will tell you unless the law forbids it.
Confidentiality and security. Only people bound by confidentiality have access to the data. We apply technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, access control in the database (each specialist sees only their own data), and encrypted storage of app data on the device (except photos).
Sub-processors. You give general authorisation to engage the providers listed in the Privacy Policy (in particular Supabase — database and server functions, Expo — push notification delivery). We will tell you about replacing or adding a provider by updating the Privacy Policy; you can object by writing to us and, if we cannot accommodate the objection, delete your account. We require providers to give no lesser data protection guarantees. Transfers outside the EEA and their safeguards — section 9 of the Privacy Policy. We send emails to clients about the status of their requests as an independent controller (section 5 of the Privacy Policy).
Client requests. Your clients exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion) through you. The app gives you the tools: a client record can be edited or deleted, and a request can be deleted on the request screen. If a client writes to us, we pass the request to you and act on your instructions.
Incidents. We will notify you without undue delay of a security breach affecting your clients' data and help with the information you need to meet your obligations.
After termination. After your account is deleted, we delete this data (timelines — section 10 of the Privacy Policy).
Verification. On request, we will provide the information needed to demonstrate compliance with this section and cooperate with reasonable audits carried out by you or an auditor you appoint.

7. Online booking

A specialist with an active Premium subscription can open a public online booking page on the website at their own address (slug). The specialist is responsible for the content of the page, for answers to requests and for the visit. A client who sends a request is responsible for the accuracy of the data given. The agreement about the service is between the specialist and the client; Karbnote is not a party to it and is not responsible for its performance.

When Premium ends, the page stops accepting new requests and does not open for clients. The page, its settings and existing requests are not deleted, except by the automatic deletion described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy; clients can still open the status of the requests they sent, by their links. Without Premium, the page address cannot be changed. When Premium is renewed, the page can be opened again.

8. Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, except warranties that are expressly required by law and cannot be excluded by agreement. You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the app (including data about your clients) and for having a lawful basis to enter it. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and we recommend not relying on the app as the sole storage for critical information.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may notify you of material changes in the app or by email. The effective date is shown at the top of this page; continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.
