Видалення облікового запису та даних

Ця сторінка пояснює, як користувачі застосунку Karbnote можуть видалити свій обліковий запис і всі пов'язані з ним персональні дані. Видалення доступне будь-кому безпосередньо в застосунку, а також за запитом електронною поштою.

Спосіб 1. У застосунку (рекомендовано)

Найшвидший спосіб — видалити обліковий запис просто із застосунку:

Відкрийте Karbnote і перейдіть на вкладку «Ще».
Натисніть на картку профілю вгорі — відкриється екран «Профіль».
Натисніть «Видалити акаунт».
Підтвердьте дію у діалоговому вікні.

Потрібне з'єднання з інтернетом: без нього обліковий запис не видалиться, і дані лишаться як були. Видалення відбувається миттєво й безповоротно: ваш профіль і всі дані назавжди стираються з активної бази даних, після чого вас автоматично виводить із системи.

Спосіб 2. За запитом електронною поштою

Якщо ви не маєте доступу до застосунку, надішліть запит на видалення на адресу support@karbnote.com з темою листа «Account deletion request». Щоб ми могли вас ідентифікувати, надсилайте лист з тієї самої електронної адреси, яку використовуєте для входу в Karbnote. Ми обробимо запит і видалимо ваш обліковий запис протягом 30 днів.

Якщо у вас є підписка Karbnote Premium, спершу скасуйте її — незалежно від способу видалення: на Android — у Google Play → Профіль → Платежі й підписки → Підписки, на iPhone чи iPad — у «Параметри → [ваше ім'я] → Підписки» (App Store). Видалення облікового запису підписку не скасовує, і списання продовжаться.

Які дані видаляються

Видаляються всі персональні та робочі дані, пов'язані з вашим обліковим записом:

обліковий запис і профіль (email, ім'я, фото профілю, налаштування);
ваші клієнти (імена, фото, телефони, посилання, нотатки);
сторінка онлайн-запису: її налаштування та фото;
заявки на онлайн-запис, які надійшли на вашу сторінку;
токени push-сповіщень ваших пристроїв;
послуги, категорії та групи;
записи в розкладі (записи та їхні серії);
фінансові транзакції (доходи, витрати, суми, категорії).

Строки зберігання

Після видалення дані стираються з активної бази негайно. Копії, що могли потрапити до резервних архівів, видаляються автоматично в межах звичайного циклу ротації резервних копій (як правило, протягом 30 днів). Ми не зберігаємо ваші дані довше, окрім випадків, коли цього прямо вимагає законодавство, і випадків нижче.

Виняток — переписка з підтримкою в Telegram: ми зберігаємо її, доки ви не попросите видалити (картки з вашими даними в групі підтримки видаляються разом з обліковим записом). Напишіть на support@karbnote.com або в чат бота.

Виняток — адреса сторінки онлайн-запису: вона разом із внутрішнім ідентифікатором облікового запису зберігається ще 30 днів, щоб старі посилання не вели до іншої людини.

Виняток — копії звернень, надісланих через форму «Зв'язатися з розробником»: вони разом з адресою електронної пошти для відповіді зберігаються в сервісі Sentry до спливу його строку зберігання. Щоб видалити їх раніше, напишіть на support@karbnote.com.

Виняток — запис про підписку Karbnote Premium у RevenueCat: ідентифікатор вашого колишнього облікового запису та історія покупок (без email та імені) лишаються там до вашого запиту на support@karbnote.com. Записи транзакцій у Google та Apple зберігаються за їхніми правилами бухгалтерського обліку — ми не можемо їх видалити.

Видалення є остаточним і не може бути скасоване. Якщо ви хочете зберегти копію своїх даних, зробіть це до видалення. З будь-яких питань пишіть на support@karbnote.com.

Delete your account and data

This page explains how users of the Karbnote app can delete their account and all associated personal data. Deletion is available to anyone directly in the app, and also on request by email.

Option 1. In the app (recommended)

The fastest way is to delete your account from within the app:

Open Karbnote and go to the More tab.
Tap the profile card at the top — the Profile screen opens.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog.

You need an internet connection: without it the account isn't deleted and the data stays as it was. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile and all data are erased from the active database for good, and you are signed out automatically.

Option 2. By email request

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support@karbnote.com with the subject "Account deletion request". To help us identify you, please send the email from the same email address you use to sign in to Karbnote. We will process the request and delete your account within 30 days.

If you have a Karbnote Premium subscription, cancel it first, regardless of which deletion method you use: on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iPhone or iPad in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (App Store). Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription, and billing will continue.

What data is deleted

All personal and business data associated with your account is deleted:

account and profile (email, name, profile photo, preferences);
your clients (names, photos, phones, links, notes);
the online booking page: its settings and photo;
online booking requests received on your page;
the push notification tokens of your devices;
services, categories and groups;
appointments (bookings and their series);
financial transactions (income, expenses, amounts, categories).

Retention period

Once deleted, data is removed from the active database immediately. Copies that may have reached backup archives are deleted automatically within our regular backup rotation cycle (typically within 30 days). We do not retain your data longer, except where the law expressly requires it, and in the cases below.

An exception is the support conversation in Telegram: we keep it until you ask us to delete it (the cards with your details in the support group are deleted together with your account). Email support@karbnote.com or write in the bot chat.

An exception is the address of the online booking page: it is kept together with an internal account identifier for another 30 days, so old links do not lead to someone else.

The exception is copies of messages sent via the "Contact developer" form: together with the reply email address, they are kept in the Sentry service until its retention period expires. To have them deleted earlier, write to support@karbnote.com.

An exception is the Karbnote Premium subscription record kept by RevenueCat: your former account identifier and purchase history (without your email or name) remain there until you request their removal at support@karbnote.com. Transaction records held by Google and Apple follow their own accounting retention rules — we cannot delete them.

Deletion is final and cannot be undone. If you want to keep a copy of your data, do so before deleting. For any questions, email support@karbnote.com.
